vaalaikaai varuval


 

Ingredients:


Raw plantain - 1 cup (chopped)

Red chilly powder - 1 tbs

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

Salt to taste


Method:


In a pan at medium flame dry roast the cubed raw plantain to avoid its stickyness

In that pan put oil and add salt , turmeric and the roasted 

raw plantain, saute till it become crispy .

Finally add red chilly powder and 

the fried curry leaves. 

Stir well till it turns red in colour.

Serve as side dish for rasam rice or curd rice.
