Mulai vitta payaru Sundal

      Ingredients :



      Green gram - 1 cup


      Mustard seeds - 1 tsp


      Dry chillies - 2 nos


      Oil - 1 tbs


      Turmeric - 1 pinch


      Curry leaves - a few


      Shreded coconut - 1tbs


      Salt - to taste
        


      Method of Sprout :

         
      Soak green gram in water for   7-8 hours.

After   8 hours , drain   the water and tie up by a cotton cloth

to absorb moisture   

Hang it  for 6 hours , you ' ll  get healthy sprout.


  • Method:


 Pressure cook sprouted green gram with a pinch of salt and turmeric


 for 1 whistle , don't allow it to  mushy


 Heat oil in a pan , add mustard seeds allow it to splutter.


Add red chillies and curry leaves,  saute for a minute.


  • Now add the shreded  coconut, saute till the coconut turns light brown 


    now add the sprouted green gram. Add salt and mix well.


    Stir fry for 3-4 mins , the tasty and healthy sprouted  green gram stir fry is ready...
