Carrot pachchadi


Thick curd - 1 cup

Carrot - 1/2 cup (shreded)

Oil - 1 tsp

Mustard - 1 tsp

Small onion - 10 (chopped)

Green chilly - 1 no

Curry leaves - as you need

Coriander leaves - to garnish

Salt - as you need


 Add the  shreded carrot to the curd and adjust salt.

In a pan add oil and splutter mustard, add curry leaves , saute onion, green  chilly .

After the sauted items become cool add with curd. 

Stir well and Garnish with coriander leaves.
