Rava Laddu




Rava - 2 cups

 Sugar - 1 cup

 Coconut 1/2 cup(shreded)

 Cardamom - 1 tsp(powdered )

 Cashew   -   2 tbs(roasted , halved) 

 Warm  milk  -   1/4 cup  

 Ghee  - 1/4 cup                                                                                                                                           


    In a pan roast the rava with  one spoon  of ghee till golden brown.      

    After the roasted rava get cool put in the mixie jar  give 2 or 3 stirs and 

    keep it separately. Roast the cashews and raisins in ghee and add with rava.
    Roast the shreded coconut  with one spoon of ghee till golden brown  and 

    mix it with rava.
    Powdered the sugar and add with rava and mix well.  
    Boil and add the required milk to the mixture. 

    Don't add excess milk because the laddus   

    become   hard after some time.

    Pour some melted ghee and prepare laddu. 
    These laddus wont get dried soon. 

    we can use these for more days. 

    Now the Delicious Rava laddu is ready to serve.
