Vaalai thandu pachadi



Vaalai thandu - 1cup (peeled and chopped)

Curd - 1 cup

Onion - 10 nos (peeled and chopped)

Green chilly - 1 no (chopped)

Mustard seeds - 1 tsp

Jeera - 1 tsp 

Curry leaves - a few

Salt to taste

Oil as you need


 In a pan put one tsp oil add mustard seeds , jeera , onion , green 

chillies and curry leaves.

After they get fried add the chopped vaalai thandu and salt.   

Saute for a while and put off the fire. After they get cool add the curd and stir gently.

Serve with hot rice or chappaties
