Ingredients:
Minced mutton - 1/2 kg
Small onion - 10 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch
Curry leaves - a handfull
Coriander leaves a handfull
Pottu kadalai powder - 2 tbs
Sombu - 1 tsp
Lavangam - 2 nos
Pattai - 2 nos
Fried Cashews - 2 tbs(pieces)
Salt to taste.
Method:
Wash the minced mutton and strain without water.
Grind pottu kadalai , cinnamon, lavangam and sombu into fine powder.
Mince finely the small onion , curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Grind the minced mutton little by little, without water in small jar of mixie into paste
In a wide bowl mix ground minced mutton, chilly powder, coriander powder,
turmeric powder, ground powder, minced onion, ginger garlic paste,
chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, fried cashew pieces and salt.
Now make lemon sized balls.
Heat oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot put one to check the heat.
The ball may change brown in colour , and then fry the balls at medium heat.
Serve hot with briyani or use it to made Mutton kola Gravy.
