Raagi Dosai (Hot)
Ingredients :
Onion - 1 (medium size, chopped)
Green chilly - 1 no (chopped)
Dry chilly - 1 no
Murungai keerai - 1 cup
(Any green)
Curry leaves - a handfull
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Oil + Ghee - 2 tbs
Salt - as you need
Method :
Add sufficient salt and water to the raagi flour stir like dosai batter.
In a pan put oil, add mustard allow to splutter and add cumin seeds ,
urad dal , channa dal onion , green and dry chillies ,
curry leaves and keerai one by one.

Saute for 3 or 4 minutes and add it to the batter and mix it well.
In a non stick pan pour the batter and put oil around the dosai .
After the dosai comes crispy turn it to the other side and put oil.
Both sides cooked well serve with coconut chutney.
