Coconut Milk

Ingredients :

Coconut - 1 no

Warm water - 2 cups

Jaggery - 150 gms

Cardamom - 4 or 5

Salt - a pinch 

Method :

Shred the coconut and dissolve it in the warm water for ten minutes.

Grind well with the warm water and filter it.

Broke and  powder the jaggery and dissolve it in  little  water  and filter it. 

Add the jaggery water and cardamom powder into the coconut milk and mix it well. 

Now you get tasty and healthy coconut milk. 

It is  very nice match to Appam and idiyappam.  Enjoy  ! ! !
