Egg pepper Fry


Boiled egg - 5 nos

Red  chilly powder - 1 tbs

Pepper powder - 1 tsp

Curry leaves - a handfull

Green chilly - 1 (finely chopped)

Oil - 2 tbs

Salt - to taste


Cut the boiled eggs at your desirable shape.

In a pan at medium flame , put one tbs oil  add curry leaves and green chilly pieces. 

They become tender collect them from the oil and keep aside. 

And then pour the remaining oil add  salt , red chilly powder, pepper powder.  

Saute for a minute, add the egg pieces and stir gently 

without broke the egg pieces. 

Finally garnish with the fried curry leaves and the fried green chilly pieces.

It is  perfect match to curd rice and rasam rice....
