Pudhina Sadham

   

 


 Ingredients:


Rice (cooked) – 3 cups 
  

For Grinding:


Mint Leaves / Pudhina – 2 cup  

Coconut – ½ cup

Garlic – 5 pods 

Green Chillies – 3

Salt to taste

Sugar – 1 tsp


For  Seasoning:


Ghee – 3 tbs

Mustard Seeds  – 1 tsp

Channa Dal    – 1 tbs

Urad dal   – 1 tbs
  
Cashew – 10 pieces

 Pattai – 1
  
Cardamom  – 4

Brinji ilai – 1


Method:


Grind  coconut, mint leaves , green chilli, garlic, sugar, and 

salt  a  fine paste. Set this aside.

Heat ghee in a pan. Add all the seasoning  ingredients one by one 

and sauté for a minute till they turn golden.

Add the ground masala and mix well. 

Cook till oil separates. 

It will take around 10 mins. 

Add sugar and mix well. Mint Rice Paste is done.

Add it  in cooked rice and mix well. Saute for 2 mins.
