Stuffed Sprout Chappathi


   

Ingredients :                                                                                                

  
Sprouts  - 1 cup

Onion - 1 no (medium size) (chopped)

Chilly powder - 1 tsp

Garam masala Powder - 1 tsp

Curry  leaves - a handfull

Coriander leaves - a handfull

Green chillies - 2 nos

Wheat flour -  2 cups

Salt to taste 


Method:


 Pressure cook sprouts for 3 whisltles .

 Drain the water and keep it aside. 

 In a pan  heat oil  add chopped onion, curry , coriander leaves  and 

 cooked sprouts and masala powders.  

 Sprinkle a little water  add salt  and stir well . Allow it to cool.


 Knead dough for making chapathi .

 Make small balls and roll them to make chapathi and  

 stuff sprouts in the middle and again make balls, 

 then roll gently  to make chapathi .

 Sprinkle oil and fry chappathies  till it turns into brown in colour on bothsides .

 Serve with sambar or kurma or chutney...
