Bhel Puri (Instant)


  

Ingredients:

Puffed Rice – 3 cups

Carrots – 2 nos (grated)

Onions – 2 nos (finely chopped)

Tomatoes – 2 (finely chopped)


Halved masala groundnuts – 1 cup

Broken thattu vadai  –  1/2 cup

Kaara sev – a handfull


Method:

 Mix tomatoes and onions with some lime juice and keep aside.

Mix all the above ingredients along with adequate salt. 

Garnish with coriander leaves and kaara sev.

Don’t make it early and keep this because it can get soggy. 

Keep all the ingredients ready, but mix them only when you are ready to eat.
