Cashew - Rice Sweet Balls

 



Ingredients :

Rice - 1 cup

Cashew nuts - 1 cup

Coconut - 1 cup (shreded)

Jaggery - 1 cup

Cardamom - 4 to 5 (powdered)

Ghee - 2 tbs 


Method:


In a pan dry fry the rice till it shrinks and  red in colour.

Fry the cashews with  2 tbs of ghee till it comes golden brown in colour. 

Fry tha shreded coconut with a tbs of ghee till it comes tender.

Dissolve the jaggery in water and filter from dust and 

make this syrup as  thick consistency at medium heat.

Put off the flame. Except jaggery syrup  mix all the above in a plate.  

Then grease with ghee at your hands . 

Pour a little jaggery syrup in the mixture and form a ball shape urundai. 

Make all the mixture like this  and serve...
