Onion - 1 no. (Medium size)
Green chillies - 3 nos.
Ginger - small piece
Kadalai paruppu - 1 tbs
Split urad dhal - - 1 tbs
Curry leaves - a handfull
Coriander leaves - a handfull
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Oil - 3 tbs
Salt to taste
In a pan roast the semiya with spoon of oil and keep it aside.
Peel the skin of onion and cut into lengthwise.
Wash and cut green chillies.
Heat oil in a pan splutter mustard seeds, add bengal gram and
urad dhal and fry for some time.
Then add green chillies, onion, curry leaves, little salt and
then add 3 cups of water.
Then once the water is boiling add the roasted semiya and
let the mixture boil for some time at medium flame .
Finally garnish with the coriander leaves.
