Ingredients:
Bread - 1 loaf
Potato - 1 cup(boiled , peeled, nicely mashed)
Green chillies - 2 nos
Jeera - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - a few
Asafoetida - a pinch
Jeera - 2 tsp

Ghee - 2 tbs
Coriander leaves - 2 tbs (fresh and nicely chopped )
Oil and Salt as you need
Method:
Boiled , peeled and nicely mashed the potatoes and keep aside.
Grind as a nice paste of jeera , green chillies and curry leaves.
In a pan, heat 2 tsp of oil add the ground paste, salt and asafoetida ,
saute well till the raw smell goes out, and then add the mashed potato.
Stir well till it emanates the oil out.
Finally add the fresh nicely chopped coriander leaves.
Brush this paste thickly on the oneside of the bread slice and
close it with the another bread (brushed with tomato paste) and
toast bothsides with ghee
