Sweet Mithai

 



Ingredients :


Puffed rice - 1 cup

Fried gram - 1 cup

Badham - 1 cup

Ground nut - 1 cup

Jaggery - 1 and 1/2 cup

Cardamom powder - 1 tsp


Method:


Dry fry fried gram and ground nut and badham. 

Make it a coarse powder with puffed rice.

In a heavy bottomed pan dissolve jaggery in a cup of water and 

filter from dust and  boil it  till it comes  thick consistency. 

Pour the jaggery syrup in the ground mixture with cardamom powder. 

Stir well and put it into a ghee greased plate. 

It comes to normal temperature cut at your desirable size and shape and serve...
