Paneer Pakkoda

  

Ingredients :


Channa dhal flour - 1 cup

Paneer - 1 cup (cubed)

Red chilly powder - 1 tbs 

Asafoetida - a pinch

Salt as you need                                                                                  

Oil to deep fry.


Method:


 Make a thick batter of channa dhal powder, red chilly powder,  salt   and 

 asafoetida in a cup of water. Cut the paneer  into small pieces. 

 In a thick bottomed pan heat oil at medium flame. 

 Dip the paneer pieces into the batter and put slowly in the oil. 

 To this process medium flame is very very important. 

 After oneside gets crispy carefully turn (without broke) it to the another side.   

 Cook till it gets crispy. 

 Take carefully from the oil and serve  with fresh coriander leaves chutney...
