Ingredients:
Mutton - 1/2 kg
Onion - 15 nos (peeled)
Tomatos - 2 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs
Coconut - 1/2 cup (shreded)
Red chilly powder - 1 tbs
Coriander powder - 1and 1/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 2 nos
Cloves - 2 nos
Sombu - 2 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 hands full (washed and chopped)
Coriander leaves - 2 handsfull (washed and chopped)
Salt to taste
Oil as you need.
Method:
Wash the mutton and keep it aside.
In a pan dry fry pattai, lavangam , sombu and shreded and coconut.
Grind it to a paste keep it aside.
With one tsp of oil fry onion , tomato, and a few curry leaves.
Grind well .
In the mixie jar put adequate salt , chilly powder, coriander powder,
and the turmeric powder make it to a paste by adding a little water.
In a thick bottomed kadai put oil add Ginger garlic paste and
curry leaves and stir for a while add the mutton pieces and saute well.
Allow it to cook some minutes in the oil.
After some time add the salt , chilly powder, coriander powder,
and the turmeric powder paste.
Stir well to mingle with the mutton and cook till the mutton comes soft.
It 'll take some more time, cook it compulsarily at medium flame.
Then add the grinded onion , tomato mixture
and after 5 minutes add the grinded coconut paste.
Stir well and before put off the flame fine tune salt and hot as per your taste.
Finally add the fresh green curry and
coriander leaves.

Serve with hot Idlis, dosai, rice,
chappathi and for Briyani ...
