Chilly chicken


 


Ingredients:


Bone less chicken - 1 cup

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbs 

Corn flour - 1 tbs 

Egg white - 1 tbs 

Red chilly powder - 1 tbs 

Pepper powder - 1 tsp 

Maida flour - 1 tbs 

Lemon juice - 1 tsp 

Orange food colour - 1 tsp

Thick curd 1 tbs

Salt to taste 

Oil to fry

To Garnish:


Onion - 1 ( Roundly chopped)

Tomato - 1  (Roundly chopped)

Curry leaves - 2 hands full

Coriander leaves - a handfull

Green capsicum - 1(chopped) (optinal)


Method :


In the garnish items wash and chop the coriander leaves. 

Fry the curry leaves in oil  and keep it aside.  

Chop the onion and the tomato  round  shape. Chop the capsicum.

Except oil  add all the ingredients to the chicken pieces

mix well and refrigerate it for an hour. 

In a kadai put oil to heat at medium flame fry all  the marinatted chicken little by little..

You need  some patience to cook this recipe. 

Garnish with Onion , tomato, capsicum , fried curry and coriander leaves. 

You may squeeze a piece of lemon to make the chilly chicken soft and 

for a little sour taste...
