Jangiri       






 


Ingredients:


Whole urad dhal - 1 cup

Raw rice   - 1/4 cup

Sugar - 1 cup



Cardamom - 2 nos (powdered)

Method: 


                 Soak dhal and rice for 1 hour before  start . Grind them with  little water.







                                 In a milk cover make
   a small hole at  the centre.

                                       In a pan put oil and heat at medium flame.








                           Put the batter in the cover  and squeeze it slowly in the  oil . 

                                                         Fry them till golden brown.


                                  In a thick bottomed pan add water to the sugar and 

                                             boil it till it comes thick consistency.







             Take the fried jangiri from the oil and dip them into the thick sugar syrup. 



                    Give some time to absorbs the sugar syrup and Enjoy  the Jangiris...
