Andhra Poondu Podi




















Ingredients:


Garlic - 10 pods

Ground nut - 2 tbs

Red chillies - 10

Curry leaves - a few

Salt as you need 

Gingelly oil - as you need

Method:


Fry all the ingredients in oil at medium flame.

Make them a coarse powder with salt. 

Mix the coarse powder  with gingelly oil.

Serve with idly , dosai , adai , upma and pongal....
