Carrot Juice


 Ingredients:



Carrot - 4 nos 

Coconut - 2 Tbs (shreded)

Ginger - 1 piece (medium size)

Jaggery - 2 Tbs(powdered)



Method :


Clean and wash the carrots.

Cut into small pieces.

Grind the carrot pieces with shreded coconut and ginger.

Filter the juice and add the powdered  jaggery .

Serve with ice cubes ....

  5. Carrot juice is very popular in Delhi during the winters, but I have never had it with ginger and coconut...very innovative...:-)
