Vegetable Lollipops


 

I  Want to dedicate this week end special recipe to my FRIENDS  

 For Their Grand Support To My Guest Post

                                     At   Lavanya's  Recipes

                                                           

                                                               

Ingredients:


                                                                   
Carrot - 2 nos Medium size

Beans - 100 gms (chopped

Capsicum - 1 (chopped)

Garlic 1 tsp chopped

Green chillies -  2 (chopped)

Carrot sticks   -  8 Nos 


Soya sauce -  1 tsp

Chilly sauce - 1 tbsp

Bread crumbs  - 1/2 cup


Egg white  - 1 No

Pepper powder - 1 tsp


Oil for frying

Salt to taste



Method: 



                               Finely Chopped the vegetables. 


           Chop the carrot sticks as shown in the picture or as you wish.





          Boil the potatos. Peeled and mashed the potatos and keep aside.

                              In a pan heat  oil , saute the garlic, onion. 







              add the carrots, beans, capsicums, green chillies, salt, 

                        pepper, soya sauce,  and chilli sauce



                           



                               Cook it till the vegetables come soft. 

                               









                              After the vegetable mixture comes cool



                add the mashed potatos and mix well like chappathi dough.




                         Make  the dough into small 10  lollipops shapes.


  
      

                    insert the carrot sticks  and  dip the lollipops in the 

                               egg  white and dust in the bread crumb. 






          In a pan heat oil at medium flame fry the lollipops gently in the oil. 

                          Turn it all sides and take it from the oil







                                when they comes brown in colour

                                 serve hot with tomato ketchup.

    Nice recipe is there any substitute for egg as I dont eat eggs your lolly poop idea is too good can I use white sauce instead...
