Ladies Finger Pakoda

Ingredients:

Ladies finger - 1 cup (chopped)

Onion - 1 (medium size , chopped)

Green chillies - 2 nos (chopped)

Gram flour - 1 cup

Rice flour - 1 tbs

Sombu - 1 tsp

Asafoetida - 1 pinch

Curry leaves - a handfull

Coriander leaves - a handfull

Salt to taste

Oil as you need

Method:

Wash and chop the ladies finger.
Mix  all the ingredients with small quantity of   water.

In a pan heat one tablespoon of  oil and

pour it into the pakoda batter.

Mix well. This step is important,

because this made the pakodas more crispy.

Heat the remaining oil at medium flame and

put the batter as like  pakodas

into the oil. After one side cook and

                                            it comes to crispy

turn it to the other side to cook.

Keep the pakodas on the tissue paper

                                         to absorb excss oil

                                           Serve hot with

                                    tomato sauce or ketch-up
