Ingredients:
Boiled egg - 3 nos (shreded)
Onion - 1 no (medium size , chopped)
Dry chillies - 2 nos (chopped)
Gram flour - 2 tbs
Egg white - 1 no
Curry leaves - a handfull
Coriander leaves - a handfull
Salt - to taste
Oil - as you need
Method:
Boil the eggs and keep in the refregirater for half an hour and
shred the eggs.

Mix the shreded egg with gram flour , chopped onion, dry chillies,
curry and coriander leaves.
Make it as a soft dough
and shape the dough as kababs like in the picture

In a pan heat oil and dip the kababs in the
egg white and gently put into the hot oil.
Do this kababs compulsarily at medium flame
Nice egg kababs..I make with egg and potato.
